Trek Bicycle Mandeville at 3450 Highway 190, Suite 12, is the official Trek retail store for the Northshore. Mattie and Jonathan assembled one customer’s new bike in-store and effectively ran a free new-bike 101 class, walking through the controls until the rider was confident. Joy Garbett’s August 2026 visit ended with a correctly fitted bike selected by attentive staff. Charles Benson learned how his Thule rack secured two e-bikes thanks to Jonathan’s walkthrough. Brian McCollough’s May 2026 account calls the team friendly, patient, and never condescending, noting they worked within his repair budget. The sales floor carries Trek e-bikes such as the Townie Go! line alongside road, mountain, city, and kids’ models, while the service department works on all brands and the shop also offers bicycle rentals. The Suite 12 storefront sits on the Highway 190 commercial corridor. For a first bike or a first e-bike, the education-first counter is the reason to go.
