Scooter Sales and Rentals operates a mobility scooter sales and rental shop at 3536 Parkway in Pigeon Forge, serving visitors across Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and the Great Smoky Mountains. The company rents and sells mobility scooters fitted with extended-range batteries, with models rated for weight capacities up to 500 pounds, and rents and sells manual wheelchairs. Written feedback names staff members Tina and Anne, who help families secure scooters for disabled relatives on short notice and demonstrate how to operate and fold travel scooters for car trunks. Long-term patrons report returning for years, purchasing scooters and carry racks for personal use. The shop stocks spotless equipment that arrives fully charged, delivers rentals to hotels, and stocks power wheelchair chargers for travelers who forget theirs. Visitors renting for Dollywood trips note the scooters cost less than the park’s own rentals. A wheelchair purchased for a parent was delivered to the buyer’s home. One write-up mentioned a rented wheelchair that did not appear freshly cleaned. The shop sells and installs mobility scooter batteries and has added stroller rentals. Hours run 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
