The Middletown Scheller’s branch at 11520 Shelbyville Road keeps the chain’s standard hours: Monday through Friday 10 to 7, Saturday 10 to 6, closed Sundays. Visitors describe the staff as knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, with one calling it the friendliest shop compared with big-box alternatives and another noting quality products and great service. The multi-location network shows in practice: one shopper had stock gathered across locations and called in for pickup, and a Waterrower deal was handled with fast, friendly service. The official site lists Denago e-bikes, and the store offers service and maintenance packages alongside its Trek and Electra selection. E-bikes, fitness equipment, and bicycles all share floor space, and the repair bench supports the family-owned operation’s long-standing focus on communicative, quick work at this east-end storefront. It’s the Scheller’s stop closest to Middletown’s shopping corridors, serving the growing east Louisville neighborhoods with the same range as its sister stores.
