REI’s Rochester store at 450 East Henrietta Road in the CityGate retail area operates a full-service bike shop alongside its outdoor gear floors. The company describes the location as a full-service bike retailer carrying bike brands, components and accessories, with repair shops staffed by trained professionals who evaluate each bike’s service needs — a setup that extends to the Co-op Cycles e-bikes REI sells. Members receive a 20 percent discount on cycle shop services plus free tubes with flat-tire repair, and the shop’s parts wall covers the components, tires, helmets and accessories e-bike riders need for upkeep. The Henrietta Road store is easy to reach from I-390 and draws customers from Brighton, Pittsford, Henrietta and Fairport. Published hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. The store page is rei.com/stores/rochester and the published phone number is (585) 242-0787.
