QuadCycles sits on Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington, a short ride from the Minuteman Bikeway that shoppers use as a test-ride route. The independent shop has served area cyclists since 1999 and deals in brands including Cannondale, GT, Schwinn, Scott, Felt, Focus, Jamis, Litespeed, and Merlin. Comments at the exact address highlight electric bicycle purchases: one shopper bought two Urtopia e-bikes after being allowed to test-ride freely, while another described buying two e-bikes through the 2025 Massachusetts e-bike voucher program with help from Rustem, who is named in more than one comment for knowledgeable, honest guidance on bike selection. A professional bike fitting with the GURU DFU system drew particular praise from one rider, who called the hours-long session the most enjoyable part of the purchase. Other notes mention custom bike builds, assembly help with self-sourced components, and a small-shop feel where staff compare options across price points rather than steering toward the most expensive choice.
