Pearson’s Bike Shop at 164 South 5th Street in Hughesville is run by owner Jim, who handles sales and service personally. The store carries Levy electric scooters, Aventon electric bikes including the Pace 4, and a selection of new and used bicycles, and it also repairs mobility items such as rolling walkers. Jim walks buyers through their options patiently, helping riders choose between models and making sure each person leaves with the right machine. The shop is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., closed Sunday, with information at pearsons-bike-shop.edan.io. The small shop setting keeps transactions personal, and service extends to items bought elsewhere. Phone is (570) 584-2365. Hughesville riders weighing a Levy electric scooter or an Aventon e-bike can get hands-on guidance and in-house service from a shop focused on matching each person to the right two-wheeler. Appointments are not required, and walk-in service questions are welcome during business hours.
