Northstar Bikes at 224 Plaza Drive, Suite B in Williamsville is a locally owned shop with a genuine mom-and-pop feel and more than 15 years serving the community. It is listed as an authorized Magnum electric bike dealer on the official Magnum Bikes dealer map, and a Buffalo Healthy Living profile highlights its premium Magnum e-bikes. The lineup also includes Norco, State Bicycles, and Revere, plus parts, apparel, and accessories. Nick and Hayden are the staff names on record. The shop repairs any type of bike regardless of where it was purchased, including older models — a policy many shops won’t match. One customer credited Nick with guiding an MTB purchase with honest, knowledgeable help; tune-ups and repairs are described as completed on time without unnecessary charges, and communication is called personalized and honest. The combination of authorized e-bike dealership, broad brand range, and long community tenure makes it a steady neighborhood presence.
