New Horizons Bikes on Franklin Street in downtown Westfield is a bicycle shop with a strong electric lineup, selling Gazelle e-bikes such as the Medeo T9 and T10 and the Eclipse T11+, alongside Aventon models like the Soltera. Every e-bike sale carries a Ride Ready service, meaning the shop assembles, inspects, and tunes the machine before it leaves the floor, and the service department supports ongoing maintenance for the electric bikes it sells. The store also offers a signature fitting service, youth bike trade-ins, and a parts and accessories selection. Located steps from the Columbia Greenway’s 50-plus miles of rail trail, the shop is positioned for commuters and recreational riders using pedal-assist bikes for daily transportation. New Horizons can be reached at (413) 562-5237 and keeps hours of Tuesday through Friday 10 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM. For Westfield-area riders shopping the e-bike category, it combines brand-name electric inventory with in-house service and fitting.
