Nationwide Lifts of Illinois presents as a residential elevator company handling installation and ongoing service of home elevators. No street address appears anywhere on the Google profile, so the address could not be confirmed; the phone number matches the file exactly and the map marker is only a coarse placement, so identity rests on the phone match and the elevator-specific feedback. Discussion centers on home elevator installations, annual service and inspections, and repairs, with staff named including Nellie, Michael, Dan, Dave, Brian, Brian M., Joe, and Justin. Positive commentary highlights clear communication before and during installation projects, tidy work, and technicians who explain maintenance plainly, with several customers describing repeat service over multiple years. Critical commentary includes one customer whose new elevator failed an inspection and required rework, another who felt an installation timeline slipped without adequate updates, and a complaint about slow scheduling during a breakdown. The owner responds to most entries with personalized replies. The overall impression is a specialized elevator contractor with strong customer communication and repeat business, alongside occasional installation and scheduling friction typical of construction trades.
