Montgomery Cyclery’s West Chester store at 8975 Cincinnati Columbus Road focuses on pedal bikes, accessories, and repairs, and notably carries no e-bike repair offering — branch summaries warn e-bike buyers to look elsewhere since the shop does not service e-bikes when they break. What it does, it does well: an out-of-town visitor’s bent rim was straightened in 30 minutes so she could hit local trails, and fork installs and tune-ups are done quickly at fair prices. A beginner intimidated by bike shopping found patience, test rides, and a custom fitting that had her on a group ride three days later; another rider’s bike upgrade came with a tool kit thoughtfully restocked for the new machine. Helmets and gloves round out the accessories wall. The staff go above and beyond on warranty issues and bike selection. Riders passing through town find it a reliable stop for mid-trip repairs. Hours run Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., closed Sundays.
