MobilityWorks of Pelham operates at 80 Commerce Drive, serving the Birmingham metro from the location the BraunAbility dealer locator lists under the Pelham name. The branch focuses on wheelchair-accessible vans: sales, rentals, and van service form the core of the business, with mobility products such as scooters carried as part of the equipment lineup. Tracy stands out for rental assistance described as exceptional, knowledgeable, and courteous, going well beyond expectations for first-time renters. Van repair customers get rental vehicles while their own vans are in the shop, with communication and problem resolution handled smoothly. Staff come across as friendly and respectful, and first-time van renters find the vehicles clean and quiet. One negative account involved a driver encounter on the road rather than the branch experience itself. No mobility-scooter repair is claimed here: the verified service story at this branch is about vans, while scooters and accessories sit on the product side of the business.
