Mobility City of Grand Rapids opened its Grandville showroom in September 2026 under local owners Garth and Natalie DeVries. The showroom at 3819 Rivertown Parkway, Suite 150 sits near the Rivertown Crossings area and includes an indoor test track where shoppers can try power chairs and mobility scooters before buying. The company repairs wheelchairs, power chairs, mobility scooters, and lift chairs, and it repairs equipment whether or not it was purchased there. Certified technicians also provide in-home service across West Michigan communities including Rockford, Holland, and Hudsonville. The showroom stocks power chairs, mobility scooters, lift chairs, rollators, and walkers, and offers equipment rentals for short-term needs. Mobility City of Grand Rapids is VA-contracted to provide mobility equipment repair for veterans. It operates as part of Mobility City Holdings, a national network of more than 67 mobility showrooms. Natalie DeVries lives with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, and the owners describe personal experience with delayed repair callbacks and long waits as the motivation for opening the business.
