Kickstand Bike Shop has operated from 6366 Phelan Boulevard in Beaumont since founder Tom Simon opened it in 1997, building its name as the area’s Trek and Giant dealer with an emphasis on knowledgeable, hands-on service. The store stocks electric bikes from both brands, including Trek’s Verve+ commuter line, the lightweight FX+ city e-bike, and Electra’s Townie Go! cruiser alongside Giant’s Vida E+ and Transend E+ models, covering commuters, recreational riders, and step-through cruiser shoppers. A repair department handles bicycle maintenance and tune-ups, and the online storefront lists replacement tires, helmets, and cycling accessories for riders maintaining their own machines. The shop opens Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Tuesday and Thursday closing at 5:30 PM, plus Saturday hours from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and stays closed Sundays; riders can call (409) 860-5532 or browse kickstandbikeshop.com. Set in the Colonnade Shopping Center corridor on Phelan Boulevard, the shop serves Beaumont and surrounding Jefferson County communities with e-bike sales, parts ordering, and workshop service under one roof.
