Joe’s Electric Bike and Scooter Repair works out of North Main Street in Pleasantville as a dedicated shop for electric bikes and electric scooters. The business sells e-bikes from the HeyBike lineup and Gotrax electric scooters, giving Jersey Shore riders a local place to buy popular commuter and recreational models. Repair service is the other half of the operation, with the shop handling maintenance and fixes for the electric two-wheelers it sells as well as machines customers bring in. The store keeps a Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule, opening mid-morning and closing in the late afternoon on weekdays with shorter Saturday hours. Online presence runs through a Facebook profile rather than a standalone website. For Atlantic County residents, the shop fills a practical niche: a single counter where an e-bike or electric scooter can be purchased, serviced, and kept running without shipping the machine off to a distant service center. Pleasantville sits just west of Atlantic City, making the shop an easy trip for island and mainland riders alike.
