JB Cycle works from 2500 Glendale Avenue in Green Bay as an independent bicycle shop and Specialized dealer. The store sells Specialized bicycles including custom S-Works builds, and carries Denago eBikes with e-bike diagnostics and repair handled in-house. Repair turnaround is quick: one customer’s son had a mountain bike back within a couple of days, and the shop has performed tune-ups and upgrades for returning customers since 2005. Staff members Andy and Jim are known for friendly, knowledgeable service, and the shop is the kind of small bike store shoppers hope to find. Cash payment helps customers avoid card fees, and the parts and accessories wall stocks what the service bench uses daily. The Glendale Avenue location serves Green Bay-area road, mountain, and electric bike riders of all ages, pairing a major-brand dealership with the personal attention of a neighborhood shop. Wheel truing, brake service, and drivetrain overhauls round out the repair menu, and the shop orders parts quickly when stock runs short.
