Gearhead Outfitters’ Cycle House, located at 231 S Main St in downtown Jonesboro, is a bicycle-focused shop that also handles electric-bike and electric-scooter service, making it the metro’s main E-Bike Repair entry. The store is part of the Gearhead Outfitters chain, which deals Trek bicycles and Specialized electric bikes, and its Jonesboro branch services electric bikes and scooters. One account describes getting an electric scooter tire fixed there by staff member Bo, who was described as very nice and efficient, and another covers a Trek derailleur repair where the store owned up to a mistake. Other reviews cover bicycle sales, flat-tire fixes, and general repair work for commuters and trail riders. The shop stocks bicycles, accessories, and repair services, and its willingness to work on electric scooters sets it apart from pure bicycle retailers. Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm. Because the shop sells bicycles rather than motor scooters, it qualifies for E-Bike Repair rather than Scooter Dealers.
