Erik’s Bike Board Ski in Grafton stands at 1275 Washington Street, Grafton, Wisconsin 53024, telephone (262) 474-2453. The branch lists electric bikes among its offerings and provides professional repair work from its service department. Hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Verified material from the branch notes professional-quality repairs, same-day help with tire issues, and helpful staff on the sales floor. One branch item mentioned weak communication during a two-month repair, a reminder that longer jobs can test the service counter. As a multi-sport retailer, the Grafton store also serves skiers and snowboarders, and it anchors Ozaukee County cycling with e-bike sales backed by in-house technicians. Shoppers can browse electric models, ask about range and component options, and schedule maintenance with the same team. For riders north of Milwaukee, the branch combines a full cycling inventory with service capability under one roof.
