Cyclotherapy at 40 W High Street in Springfield, Ohio, is an independent, full-service bicycle shop located two blocks from the junction of the Simon Kenton Trail and the Little Miami Scenic Trail. The shop sells new bicycles including Specialized electric-assist models such as the Turbo Como 4.0 and Turbo Vado 4.0, and also offers adult bike rentals by the hour. Its service department handles tune-ups and repairs; one account describes a broken spoke fixed by Brittany at opening time during a multi-day bike tour, another describes a spring tune-up returned within a few days at the original estimate with no upselling, and a third describes help for a flat tire suffered on the Little Miami Trail. One buyer describes traveling from out of state for a specific bike color and receiving an orientation at pickup. Posted hours vary across directories: one listing shows Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., while another shows a different weekday pattern.
