Cycle Symphony Bicycle Shop on US-30 in Jeannette is an independent store where the owner is also the mechanic. The shop carries Marin, Gazelle, and Reid e-bikes, with recent inventory also showing Urtopia Carbon Joy Ultra and Denago City electric models, alongside custom builds and wheelbuilding for riders who want something personal. Owner Rob earns repeated praise as honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced, matching the shop’s philosophy of giving riders everything they need and nothing they don’t. Turnaround stories stand out: one describes a tube replaced in under ten minutes, another a free tire fill for travelers passing through toward Pittsburgh. Shoppers describe patient, unpressured buying experiences and affordable repair pricing. Hours run Tuesday through Thursday ten to seven and Friday through Saturday ten to six, closed Sunday and Monday. For Westmoreland County riders who want e-bikes from a shop where the person selling the bike is the one who will service it, Cycle Symphony delivers.
