ChattaScooter runs an electric scooter rental program from 191 River Street on Chattanooga’s North Shore, inside the Adventure Sports Innovation building, and can be reached at (423) 388-2200. The company rents high-power electric kick-scooters from three pickup points: the North Shore base, the Holiday Inn & Suites downtown, and The Chattanoogan Hotel on the Southside. It also offers guided city and arts tours by scooter. Beyond rentals, the business sells and repairs scooters, with service work that includes parts ordering for e-scooter maintenance. Rentals run through the Levy app, where customers create a profile and scan a scooter to start a ride, and safety helmets are provided with tours. The BBB lists ChattaScooter as an LLC founded in June 2020 under manager Carolina Molloy. Operating around the clock, the service caters to visitors exploring Chattanooga’s riverfront, neighborhoods, and attractions, as well as families and groups arranging longer-duration rentals. The company’s rental fleet uses high-power electric scooters suited to Chattanooga’s hills and greenway paths, and its tour routes highlight the city’s public art and downtown landmarks.
