CERO Bikes is the Los Angeles home of the Cero One electric cargo bike, at 11340 W Olympic Blvd, reachable at (310) 857-6306, operating as a manufacturer showroom with free test rides and financing. Service is personal and attentive, including a weekend test ride arranged by appointment, and the Cero One itself earns praise for high quality, thoughtful design, and strong load capacity. Loyalty runs both ways: returning guests are remembered, with one theft-replacement discount recalled by staff. Financing options make the premium cargo platform more accessible, and the free test ride lets shoppers load the bike and feel the capacity firsthand. One complaint describes intrusive fraud-verification questions after an online order, and the owner answered with an apology. For Los Angeles riders who haul kids, groceries, or gear, the Cero One offers a purpose-built electric cargo platform, and the showroom format means the team selling it knows the bike inside out.
