Biketopia is an authorized Trek and Pivot dealer at 974 East Emory Road in North Knoxville, pairing new-bike sales with a full-service, fully equipped repair facility. The shop’s e-bike lineup has included Trek models such as the Verve+ 2 Lowstep, the Marlin+ 6, the FX+ 1S, and the Rail 9.8 electric mountain bike, plus Electra’s Townie Go! and Ponto Go! throttle-assist models. On the service side, the staff is described as trained and certified in complex procedures including electronic shifting and suspension repair, alongside routine maintenance and quick fixes that cover electric drivetrains. The store also stocks tires, parts, and accessories, and proper bike fit is a stated focus of the business. Biketopia serves commuters, trail riders, and families from its Emory Road location, keeping weekday hours with a shorter Saturday schedule and closing on Sundays. The store also hosts bike-fitting sessions and keeps a full accessory wall covering shoes, helmets, and hydration for local riders.
