Commentary on the McKinney Bike Mart location frequently highlights one salesperson, Victoria, for patient, knowledgeable help with bike purchases — including a first road bike, two new bikes with accessories, and a custom-ordered bicycle delivered with all accessories installed and a fitting completed. The service side also features prominently: people mention Andy handling an EP801 motor warranty claim, a tune-up that left a Cervelo looking brand new, a pedal and crank arm fixed on the spot within minutes, and help with a stuck clipless pedal paired with a chain cleaning and quick tune-up. The shop also hosts clinics for riders. One person describes buying a trike and appreciating careful explanations of how to use it. A single negative account stands out: a person says a $515 full mountain-bike inspection was followed by flat tires and expresses disappointment, also mentioning “RBM,” which may refer to a different store. The profile lists the address as Falcon View Drive rather than Falcon View Road, while the phone number matches exactly.
