A full-service bicycle retailer on North Rock Road, Bicycle Pedaler is an authorized retailer for Specialized and REEB bicycles and for ICE Recumbent Trikes. The store stocks the Specialized Globe Haul ST e-bike along with SRAM components such as centerlock rotors, plus road and mountain bikes, apparel, and accessories. Its dedicated team handles maintenance, repair, and professional Retul bike fitting. Accounts describe knowledgeable staff who spend real time on customer questions, research products on request, and offer honest advice rather than pushing upsells, with one rider praising fitting guidance that matched her to the right bike without jargon. One account notes a staff member cheerfully changing a flat tube just before closing and teaching the rider to fix it herself. Prices are described as comparable to other shops. Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with Thursday until 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed Sunday. The phone is (316) 685-4545 and the website is bicyclepedaler.com.
