Ben’s Bikes is an independent bicycle shop at 7431 S Houghton Rd in southeast Tucson. The store is an Aventon e-bike dealer, selling the brand’s electric models and handling service and warranty work on them — keeping post-sale repairs in-house for buyers rather than sending them elsewhere. Parts and accessories are stocked alongside the bike floor, covering the everyday wear items e-bike riders need: tubes, tires, lights, locks and racks. The Houghton Road location serves the fast-growing southeast side of the metro, including Rita Ranch and Vail commuters who ride year-round. A full-service bench supports general bicycle repair in addition to e-bike work, from tune-ups to component replacement. Walk-ins and scheduled service are both available. As an independent dealer, the shop pairs brand-backed e-bike sales with personal, local service. Open Monday through Friday 10:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 17:00, closed Sundays. The published phone line is (520) 574-2453, and the shop’s site is bensbikestucson.com.
