Ben’s Bikes has served Sequim from 1251 West Washington Street near the Olympic Discovery Trail as a full-service bicycle shop. The store carries Trek and Giant bicycles, Electra cruisers, Catrike and TerraTrike recumbent trikes, and BionX electric conversion systems, combining sales, service, repair, and rentals under one roof. Staff including Sam, Stefaan, and Shane advise on bike selection and fit, and the service department handles tune-ups, warranty work, and repairs with quick turnaround. The rental fleet includes comfort bikes and e-bikes sized for a range of riders, putting visitors on the Olympic Discovery Trail with route advice for the ride ahead, and the shop has answered mid-ride calls for mechanical trouble by delivering replacement bikes. Families and groups can outfit multiple riders in a single visit, with staff handling fitting for each person. Recumbent trike owners travel from across the region for the specialized service the shop provides. The business also boxes and ships bicycles for travelers heading home.
