Arlington Power Sports is a motorcycle and powersports dealer on East Pioneer Parkway in Arlington, Texas, offering a wide selection of bikes, scooters, mopeds, ATVs, dirt bikes, and go-karts. Shoppers describe a store where staff members are often mentioned by name: Raymond is frequently cited for patient, knowledgeable help with scooter and moped purchases, Arnold for ATV service work, Sonny for resolving a customer’s self-caused bike problem, and Paul for phone orders and product knowledge. Many describe an easy buying process, fair pricing, and quick delivery, with online orders often arriving promptly. The shop also handles parts and accessories, such as motorcycle seats, and service or repair work on ATVs. On the critical side, several describe frustration with returns and refunds, including a seat that arrived in a different color than pictured and disagreements over how to resolve it. Other complaints mention assembly quality on go-karts, with loose bolts and mirrors arriving detached, and shipping that did not match the website’s free-shipping promise, including one seat order cancelled after a $45 shipping charge was added. A few buyers also report poor post-sale follow-up, such as unreturned calls about warranty and parts issues.
