Third-generation ownership anchors Twigg Cycles on South Edgewood Drive, where the dealership has operated since 1931 under the Twigg family. The franchise lineup spans Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Indian, and the showroom and service department handle everything from touring scooters to full-size motorcycles. Service technicians average nearly two decades of experience, and the shop has a habit of guiding first-time buyers through a motorcycle purchase with patience, including riding tips and a personal welcome. A buyer of a Suzuki Burgman 650 touring scooter described a friendly, knowledgeable transaction; staff members CJ and Chuck helped a new rider from Winchester, Virginia, secure a better price on a first bike. Parts buyers mention fast, well-packed OEM shipments and competitive pricing from the parts counter, with Kelby taking care of pricing requests. Two counterpoints appear in the record: one shopper found the Indian showroom staff hovering during a browse, and another reported an argument at the front desk over dirt-bike wheel mounting. Sales can be reached through twiggcycles.com or at (301) 739-2773.
