Bert’s Bikes & Fitness anchors its Rochester-area presence with a Greece storefront at 250 Elmridge Center Drive. The family-run company operates several New York locations, and the Greece shop stocks e-bikes from Trek, Giant, Gazelle and Electra alongside traditional bicycles and home fitness equipment. Its service department handles e-bike maintenance and repair, from routine tune-ups to diagnostics on drive systems and batteries, giving riders a local alternative to shipping bikes out for service. The floor carries cycling accessories — helmets, locks, lights, racks, apparel — plus parts for common repairs, so a new e-bike buyer can leave fully outfitted. Shoppers can browse current models and 2026 closeout pricing on bertsbikes.com before visiting, and the staff arranges test rides so buyers can compare pedal-assist models in person. The Greece location sits in a retail corridor with easy parking and quick access from the surrounding suburbs. Hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 to 19:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 18:00, with Sundays closed. The published phone number is (585) 270-5816.
