Bike Link of Hoover, at 2766 John Hawkins Parkway in Birmingham, is a family-owned Specialized dealer since 1995 offering Specialized Turbo e-bikes along with full repair, fit, and bike rental services. Mechanic Chuck is the shop’s standout wrench, and service is helpful and non-judgmental for riders driving in from across Birmingham. Staff built a dream bike with professional progress updates along the way, and a granddaughter was surprised with a new bike assembled with Cam Alexander’s attention to detail. A son’s bicycle was made race-ready with quick, friendly service. The shop fits commuters, families, and performance riders alike. The phone number is (205) 985-0001, and the website is bikelinkbham.com. Hours are Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., closed Sunday. Riders from across the Birmingham area drive past closer shops to use Bike Link’s service department. The rental fleet covers visiting riders and families trying cycling for a weekend.
