Trek Bicycle North Raleigh is an official Trek retail store at 10911 Raven Ridge Rd #107 in Raleigh, North Carolina, offering Trek and Bontrager products and servicing bikes of any brand, with branch material specifically referencing Trek e-bikes. Nate is associated with informative, non-pushy service, while Nolan is described as thorough, patient and kid-friendly when helping families select bikes, and branch repairs are characterized as professional and quick. A proportionate counterpoint appears in an older non-Google record describing a difficult warranty claim and a delayed drivetrain installation at this branch, suggesting that complex cases can take longer than routine tune-ups. Store hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with official hours used over conflicting aggregator listings. Published ratings are omitted because the official place figure conflicts with an aggregator comment count. The store functions as both a Trek showroom and a general repair shop for the north Raleigh cycling community.
