Planet BMX on Corporate Square Ct in Jacksonville is a web-based BMX-only company: the warehouse is closed to the public and sales run through online orders, with optional local in-store pickup for nearby riders. The catalog covers race, street, and retro BMX from SE Racing, Haro, Subrosa, Race Inc, DK, and Skyway — plus a Haro e-bike model — backed by parts and phone and email support. Themes center on Duane and the crew, who earn repeated praise for fast shipping and quickly replacing defective parts, and on long-term repeat buyers who keep coming back for builds year after year. Hours are Mon-Fri 10AM-5PM, closed weekends, reflecting the mail-order operation rather than a walk-in shop. Measured counterpoints: occasional shipping-carrier problems sit outside the shop’s control, and older narratives mention support responsiveness and unanswered messages as a sore spot. Prospective buyers should know it is an online-first business with a Jacksonville pickup option, not a conventional storefront.
