MOAB Bicycle Shop operates at 710 Memorial Boulevard, Suite 100, in Murfreesboro, a location with three decades of history in the community. Owner Mark Dement was working upstairs across from MTSU thirty years ago when a first-nice-bike purchase launched a decades-long relationship; Dement is hard-working, knowledgeable and kind. The branch is listed as a Shimano Service Center through the Shimano dealer directory, and it stocks a variety of bicycles and e-bikes along with equipment. A technician once fixed a punctured tire on a newly delivered Amazon bike and added a free multi-point inspection of gears, brakes, pads and alignment, going the extra mile. The full-service shop offers professional bike fitting and repair, hosts group rides for all levels, and keeps prices moderate for the local riding community. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday closed; the branch phone is (615) 893-7725.
