BikeSource

BikeSource at 4840 Sawmill Rd in Columbus is the Columbus-market store of a chain operating since 1985, now part of Incycle Marketplace and counted among the largest Specialized dealers. The service department works on all brands, and the shop’s 2026 social media activity advertises flat-fix clinics and new e-bike arrivals like the Specialized Turbo Vado. In-store pickup is available for online orders. Stale permanently closed flags linger on the defunct bikesourceonline.com site and on an old Specialized store-finder page, but current activity contradicts them: dated 2026 social-media activity promoting clinics and new Vado arrivals confirm the store is open and operating. Hours run Monday through Friday eleven to seven, Saturday eleven to five, closed Sunday. For northwest Columbus riders shopping Specialized electric bikes or wanting flat-fix instruction and all-brand service, this long-running store remains a fixture. No genuine branch-specific customer voices could be verified for this branch, so the listing rests on the chain’s own current postings and storefront evidence.
