Cyclist Connection at 200 Winchester Cemetery Rd in Canal Winchester is a Cannondale e-bike dealer run by owner Rick, who comes up repeatedly for knowledgeable deals on Cannondale electric bikes. Customer themes include quick honest repairs without upselling, a complimentary bike fit, smart trainers, and lifetime free labor perks that keep riders coming back. Loyalty runs deep enough that a Pittsburgh buyer drove some one hundred sixty miles to purchase here, and the shop hosts a community Tuesday spin class. One negative account concerning a tire and wheel order dispute appears, a single account to weigh against the broader warmth. The shop even has a shop dog, a small detail riders remember. Hours are Monday ten to seven, Tuesday ten to five, Wednesday through Friday ten to seven, Saturday ten to five, closed Sunday. For riders southeast of Columbus wanting Cannondale e-bike expertise with lifetime labor and a genuinely communal atmosphere, this small shop punches above its size.
