Trek Bicycle Cincinnati Blue Ash at 9695 Kenwood Road is the company’s Blue Ash-area destination for the latest Trek and Bontrager products, with service and tune-ups for bikes of any brand and certified professional fit specialists on staff. The shop’s e-bike support stands out: one Domane + SLR 6 e-bike issue was resolved by the team going above and beyond. Community-minded touches include a 12-year-old’s broken pedals swapped for free when he walked in asking repair questions, and a parent finding the right bike for a daughter, sourced from a nearby store for the color she wanted. The shop offers level 3 check-ups that make bikes race-ready, in-store riding space for test rides, and a non-pushy sales approach that compares favorably with other stores. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with emergency repairs such as on-the-spot flat fixes during business hours. The store is open daily and can be reached at (513) 657-0999.
