The Trek shop on US-1 in North Palm Beach (listed under the Palm Beach Gardens market) runs with a family-business feel built on personalized attention. Staff members are praised by name, including Pablo, manager David, Mitch, Bismark, Ashley, and Joe. Test rides and sizing are handled carefully: staff watch riders circle the parking lot, then make adjustments to handlebars and add accessories such as kickstands before a bike leaves. Returning riders and families receive patient guidance, and women shoppers report feeling genuinely welcome. The repair bench earns trust through good work and a willingness to accommodate special requests, while the sales floor operates without upselling pressure. As a Trek dealer, the store carries e-bikes along with the full bicycle lineup, plus parts and accessories, and offers bicycle repair and service. The shop is located at 11221 US-1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408, phone (561) 948-5973, and its website is trekbikesflorida.com.
