National Seating & Mobility — Van Nuys

National Seating & Mobility in Van Nuys is a custom mobility provider at 16509 Arminta St, reachable at (818) 718-1771, offering evaluations, equipment provision, and service for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The guest record is mixed. Long waits for wheelchair orders, deliveries, and repair parts surface repeatedly, with some delays lasting months, and calls and emails frequently go unreturned, leaving guests frustrated by the difficulty of reaching staff. Against that, specific staff earn glowing praise: Patrick Pearson is described as caring, even sending a handmade condolence card; Brad is credited with thorough, patient chair setup; and David is called a great technician. Some chair quality and assembly complaints appear, including a lopsided chair and a flat tire with no callback, and one long-time client is considering switching providers over a perceived decline in service. For complex rehab equipment needs, the branch rewards persistence and benefits from standout individual staff. Guests considering this branch should ask directly about current lead times for their specific equipment and confirm a written timeline before ordering.
