A sprawling Covina powersports superstore, family-owned since 1959, where motor scooters are part of a vast inventory — the 2026 Honda PCX and 2025 Honda ADV160 among them — backed by service and parts departments. The scale is the attraction: huge selection, strong buying experiences across powersports and boats, and a deep staff roster — Michael Caruso in service, Robbie on service communication, Dave in parts and accessories, DJ and Jordan closing a same-day RZR Pro R deal, Dallas, Mike, Brittany, Kevin, Mitch and Sean all drawing mention. The scale is also the risk. A returning rider describes being ignored by staff and wasting a long drive; another alleges being misled about a soft versus hard credit check and a reneged manager discount; and one of the harshest describes being charged $4,280 to return a brand-new bike after five days and seventeen miles, with the owner unwilling to speak with her. At a mall-sized dealership, the experience swings wider than at a corner shop — worth the visit for the selection, worth the caution on the paperwork.
